Develop a digital strategy everyone believes in

Develop a digital strategy everyone believes in

Learn how to develop an achievable yet ambitious strategy that everyone will love

This highly interactive workshop is working with participants' real-life examples helping them create a clear strategy roadmap which stakeholders buy into and love their role in it.

Expected outcomes

Participants would have practical experience of:

  • Using the framework for digital strategy development
  • Influencing skills to get buy-in from stakeholders
Digital managers and senior managers needing to develop digital strategy for the organisation or a specific project/campaign.

The workshop will cover

  • Digital strategy model - helps ensure that all areas are considered in the process – from objectives, purpose of digital to staffing, processes and systems the organisation needs to achieve the identified digital objectives.
  • Audience journeys model – helps ensure that priorities in the strategy are decided by the needs of audiences/beneficiaries

Alongside this the training would look at softer skills - selling in the strategy so that people in your organisation believe in it, love it and look forward to their role in its implementation.

At the end of this workshop participants will have a framework for digital strategy development – whether this is a cross-organisational strategy specific to their organisation or just a strategy for a marketing/advocacy campaign which they are planning with other teams in the organisation. More importantly, participants will get the sense of how they can help their stakeholders, teams and colleagues love the new strategy.
