Social media for organisational change
We hear a lot about how our organisations can use social media to influence causes, but how can it help us change our own organisations?
Liam Barrington-Bush, of more like people, has spent the last 4 years working with NGOs, unions and charities, using social media to transform the ways those organisations work, 'constructively subverting' the hierarchies and bureaucracies in order to bring about more democratic, participatory, trusting and open social change organisations.
Liam was talking at FairSay's 2014 eCampaigning Forum on April 11 in Oxford, UK.
